How does the magic actually work?+
There's a small NFC chip sandwiched inside the frame. Hold your phone's screen on and lock screen visible against the back, and the gallery opens right in your browser — no app required.
What if I'm giving this to someone else?+
You pick the photos when you order it, so it arrives ready to hang — nothing for the person receiving it to set up. That's the part that makes it a good gift.
What photos work best?+
For the hero photo on the front, we recommend a portrait (vertical) photo. The frame is taller than it is wide, so a landscape photo gets cropped on the sides — you can drag it to choose what shows. Gallery photos can be portrait or landscape — they never get cropped.
How big is it?+
The ornament is 2 inches wide and 3 inches tall, a little smaller than a playing card. Big enough to see the photo from across the room, small enough for any tree.
Does it need a frame or a stand?+
No — it's self-contained, ready to hang straight out of the mailer.
How long does the gallery stay up?+
Indefinitely. No subscription, no expiration — the magic works the same whether it's this Christmas or fifteen from now.
Can I add more than 25 photos?+
25 photos is the maximum number that can be included in each gallery.
What if I need to cancel, or something's wrong?+
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships, right from the link in your confirmation email. Because every ornament is made to order with your photos, we can't accept returns — but if yours arrives damaged or isn't right, email us and we'll do our best to make it right.
